This tiny baby is one of triplets born to a 19-year-old mother, Manaseh, who already had a 2-year-old. Being poor and malnourished herself, Manaseh was unable to produce enough milk for three babies. Neither was she able to buy milk. Her only alternative would have been to feed her babies diluted rice water.
Instead, because of our Milk and Medicine program, Manaseh was given infant formula to supplement her own milk. All three babies are growing well. Thank you for your donations that literally save lives of infants and children. May God bless you as you generously bless the tiniest of the tiny.
Names and photos have been changed to protect the children. The stories are true.
You are invited to become a regular Milk & Medicine sponsor for a monthly gift of $20.
